New Castle – Delaware State Police  have arrested an 18 year old New Castle man and charged him in connection with the fatal hit and run crash which killed a 54 year old woman on Saturday, December 24, 2016.

Troopers arrested Bradford Pollock on Sunday, December 25, 2016, after they were called to respond to a residence located in the unit block of Prangs Lane, Rambleton Acres, New Castle, in reference to a vehicle in the driveway which had front end damage to it.
