New Castle – Delaware State Police  have arrested an 18 year old New Castle man and charged him in connection with the fatal hit and run crash which killed a 54 year old woman on Saturday, December 24, 2016.

Troopers arrested Bradford Pollock on Sunday, December 25, 2016, after they were called to respond to a residence located in the unit block of Prangs Lane, Rambleton Acres, New Castle, in reference to a vehicle in the driveway which had front end damage to it. Upon their arrival, troopers located a white Chevrolet Impala that had front end damage to its right front area. Further examination of the vehicle revealed evidence linking the car to the crash. Troopers then made contact with Pollock inside of the home and were subsequently able to identify his as the operator of the Impala which struck and killed Lisa Bolden, 54, on Christiana Road just east of East Edinburgh Drive on December 24th.
